Construction Updates: RV Parking
Construction on our newly redesigned RV Park is now underway, bringing a host of exciting upgrades for our guests. Phase 1 includes a brand-new layout with 44 full electric and water hookups, improved grading for easier leveling, and a new registration office featuring retail offerings. Phase 2 will add restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, upgraded landscaping and paving, and a welcoming group-event space complete with a fire pit.
The park is really starting to take shape as underground infrastructure continues to be installed and our team finalizes lighting and design elements. Each milestone brings us closer to unveiling a brand-new RV experience designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation.
While some areas of the park will be temporarily closed during construction, these enhancements will create a more enjoyable stay for all our RV guests. Thank you for your patience and support as we build a better RV experience.
Rules & Regulations – Overnight Parking
1. Check In / Check Out
- Check in: 2:00 PM
- Check out: 12:00 PM
- Late checkout policy: A late fee will be charged every 30 minutes after checkout.
2. Quiet Hours
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- No amplified sound or disruptive activities in picnic or common areas.
3. Registration & Guest Access
- All overnight RVs must register immediately upon arrival and display camping permit at all times.
- Hotel Fitness Center is available to registered guests; request access at the Hotel.
- RV Park sites are for registered guests only, unless approval is granted by management.
4. Vehicle & Site Requirements
- Parking: (1) RV + (1) tow/towed vehicle per site. Portable pop-up tents allowed, while all other tents, tarps, or temporary shelters remain prohibited.
- Additional Parking: Extra vehicle parking spaces are available. If these spaces are full or your vehicle does not fit in a single space, you will be asked to park in the casino parking lot.
- Condition: Vehicles of any age must be in good working order, clean, and well maintained. Management reserves the right to deny admission if these standards are not met. Subject to vehicle inspection.
- Maintenance: No on-site vehicle maintenance is permitted.
5. Activities & Safety
- ATV/UTV: Riding of any ATV/UTV is prohibited on property.
- Fires: Propane, pellet, or charcoal are allowed. Wood fires are strictly prohibited.
- Crab/Seafood boils: No seafood boils of any kind are permitted in the park.
- Generators: Not permitted during quiet hours unless pre-approved for medical use.
- Speed limit within the park is 5 mph.
- Personal Belongings: Three Rivers Casino shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal property of guests or their vehicles.
6. Alcohol & Waste Management
- Alcohol may be consumed only within your designated campsite. Glass bottles are prohibited.
- No dumping of grey water or sewage.
7. General Conduct
- You are responsible for your actions and those of your pets, children, and guests.
- Pets are welcome but must remain on a controlled leash outside of the vehicle.
- Disturbance, nuisance, or conduct unbecoming to other guests will not be tolerated.
8. Enforcement
- Vehicles found in violation of park rules will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Meet RV Park/GSA Supervisor Andy Tidball
Andy was born and raised in Florence. He grew up camping all over Oregon as an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America program. His family were also very active campers. “We used to spend Spring Break and Summer Vacations pulling our travel trailer all over the state. For me, camping is where I go to relieve the stresses of the world and reset myself. It’s really a calming activity for me” says Tidball.
Tidball started working for Three Rivers Casino in summer of 2004 at age 23 working the Graveyard shift in the Security department. He was promoted to Lead Security Officer in 2006. In December of 2007, when the permanent casino was opened, Andy transferred to the Casino Host department. There, he began developing relationships with our guests that still continue to this day. “My relationships with our guests mean everything to me. Guest Service is what we pride ourselves on at Three Rivers Casino. I’m proud to be a small part of that.” During his time in the Host Department, Andy began to enjoy the promotion side of things, so, in 2015, he was hired by the Marketing Department to oversee all casino promotions.
In 2022, Andy took on his current role, which is overseeing the Valet/Shuttle program, the Hotel Porters, and the current RV lot. He is also part of the team that is developing a brand new RV Park. “As I’ve reached the middle part of my career, it’s become more important to me to do what makes me happy. And camping makes me happy. So, I’ve taken on this new challenge and I can’t wait to see what comes next!"
