Beverage Server On-Call Job Announcement
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Beverage Server Lead
Summary
Responsible for providing alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage service and sales of Slot Side Meals to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of guest service.
Minimum Job Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess current OLCC Server Permit.
• Must possess current Food Handlers Card.
• Previous experience serving food and alcoholic beverages is preferred.
• Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must receive and maintain a valid (non-gaming, low, high or professional) security license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
Level of Authority & Restrictions
• Access to Key Watcher (Cigarette cabinet key)
Physical & Mental Demands
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours at a time while carrying a tray of beverages (2-7 pounds).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
• Must be able to speak, hear and see.
Working Conditions & Environment
• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
