JOB SUMMARY
A Soft Count Drop Team Member is responsible for the efficient count & drop (removal, exchange & collection of cash boxes found inside all slot machines) of all Currency in the Casino and the accurate accountability of such items. He/She also gathers & reports computations and satisfactorily operates all equipment necessary for their position.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Must be at least 21 years of age.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Cash handling and or clerical experience preferred.
 Good organizational skills, detail orientated.
 Competent with computers (basic input / output procedures).
 Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
 Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
 Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
 Must receive and maintain a valid high security license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
 Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
• Must be able to stand up to 10 hours at a time.
• Must be able to move up to fifty (50) pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
 Must be able to work in fast paced atmosphere in a confined space.
 Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
 Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays.
