Buffet Station Attendant Job Announcement
3 On Call Positions Available – Open until filled

SUMMARY
Responsible for overall preparation of condiments, food delivery and presentation of the World Market Buffet food items. Primary responsibilities and job functions are included in Job Description which is available in Human Resources upon request.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Must be at least 18 years of age.
 High School Diploma or GED.
 Must possess current Food handler’s permit.
 Ability to read and understand recipes.
 Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
 Minimum six months experience working in a kitchen environment.
 Knowledgeable in handling kitchen equipment.
 Maintain knowledge of buffet food and beverage offerings.
 Operate and clean related kitchen equipment.
 Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
 Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
 Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
 Must receive and maintain a valid non-gaming security license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
 Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
 Must work well under pressure.
 Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
 Must be able to move 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
 Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
 Must be able to speak, hear and see.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
 Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
 Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
