Table Games Dealer Job Announcement

SUMMARY
Responsible for providing an entertaining, fun atmosphere to guests while dealing Table Games according to the game rules of the particular game being played.
Primary responsibilities and job functions are included in Job Description which is available in Human Resources upon request.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Must be at least 21 years of age.
 Must have a high school diploma or GED.
 Must complete and pass the Three Rivers Casino training course or have one year external dealing experience.
 Must be able to pass a live audition.
 Must be able to pass a math test.
 Must know and pass a dealer competency exam on all games required by management.
 Must be able to deal all games required by management.
 Must have and maintain a professional appearance.
 Must be able to operate basic equipment such as automated shufflers, etc…
 Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
 This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
 Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
 Must receive and maintain a valid High Security gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
 Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
 Must be able to remain focused on game protection at all times.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
 Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
 Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
