Dish Machine Operator Job Announcement
On Call position available ~ Open Until Filled

SUMMARY
To efficiently clean collect and wash all dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment, and return them to stock. To clean working area and other kitchen areas as defined by supervisors. To uphold the standards of guest relations with friendliness and cleanliness as lined out by the Food and Beverage Department. Primary responsibilities and job functions are included in Job Description which is available in Human Resources upon request.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess current Food Handler’s permit.
• Experience preferred. Not required.
• Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
• This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must receive and maintain a valid non-gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
• Must be able to move 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
• Must be able to speak, hear and see.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY & RESTRICTIONS
• No supervisory authority
• Non gaming license.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
