SUMMARY
To efficiently clean and reset tables, to assist servers wherever needed and to run food. To uphold the standards of guest relations with friendliness and cleanliness as outlined by the Food and Beverage Dept. Primary responsibilities and job functions are included in Job Description which is available in Human Resources upon request.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must possess current Food Handlers Card.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Experience preferred. Not required
Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
Must receive and maintain a valid non-gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
Indian Preference will be observed in the hiring process.
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY & RESTRICTIONS
Not a supervisory position.
WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
Must work well under pressure.
Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
Must be able to lift over forty pounds on an intermittent basis.
Must be able to bend, stoop lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
Must be able to speak, hear and see.
